Using an interactive Flash-based tool similar to an electronic program guide, respondents saw nightly schedules indicating what shows would be airing during each half-hour of prime-time.
By moving their mouse through the schedule, they saw images and neutral descriptions of each series reminding them about established series, highlighting returning series in new time-slots, and informing them about the new programs.
By clicking, they easily indicated which series they were most likely to watch for the time-periods they usually view television.
